Membership
Membership is subject to review and approval. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Asset Builder Club may approve, decline, suspend or terminate membership at its sole discretion.
Coaching and educational services
Asset Builder Club provides education relating to multifamily investing, financing strategies, investment analysis, portfolio growth and asset management. Our services do not constitute financial, investment, legal, accounting, mortgage or tax advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions.
Investment opportunities
Asset Builder Club may occasionally introduce or discuss investment opportunities. We do not guarantee investment performance, returns, profitability, cash flow, appreciation or financing. All investments involve risk, including possible loss. You are responsible for completing your own due diligence.
Fees and payments
Fees are payable according to the applicable membership, coaching or service package. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.
Intellectual property
Courses, videos, documents, presentations, workbooks, graphics, logos and website content are owned by Asset Builder Club or used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, resell or commercially exploit these materials without written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share confidential member information
- Copy or redistribute course materials
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Interfere with the website or its security
- Use the services for unlawful purposes
Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.
Confidentiality
You agree to respect proprietary discussions and non-public information concerning members, investment opportunities and Asset Builder Club operations.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asset Builder Club and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates and partners are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the website, coaching, membership or investment opportunities.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee investment success, financing approval, property acquisition, business growth, earnings or portfolio performance. Results depend on market conditions, financing, personal circumstances and execution.
Third-party services
We may refer you to lenders, professionals, contractors, agents or other third parties. Asset Builder Club is not responsible for their services, conduct or results.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Disputes will be subject to the courts of Ontario.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
